• What payment options do you offer? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and all debit cards. We have 3 payment options. Pay monthly or yearly which includes hosting, or one-time payment where we charge hosting on an annual basis.
• How fast can I start using my site? Within minutes of signing up, you will receive instructions that allow you to access your site. Then, just start uploading images and editing your content.

• What changes can I make to my site – on my own using the EditSuite? Change the site name, edit your contact page, manipulate the menu, name and rename your portfolios, change your information pages, upload your images to the library, share the library content with different portfolios, give restricted, password controlled access to parts of the site to special customers and/or prospects, create live textual links, manage your Info pages, edit any included interactive homepage or slideshow, utilize the included FTP module to upload files & folders for your client, link to them via an ‘Info page’ on your site …. • Can I ‘mix and match’ predesigns to create a unique look or set of features? Each predesign site is unique. Designed as a single holistic web presence. We do not recommend mixing and matching to such a level that we prevent it. Remember the sites are designed to provide you the best way of showing your work and presence off to your customers and prospects. You want to look your best. You don’t want to be wearing brown shoes with a black suit now do you?
• As my business grows, what changes can I make to my site in the future? The options to grow and extend and modify site are extensive. All the way through ‘brand Integration’ to fully customized design. Give us a call, we can tell you all about it.
• What are the specifics of the free trial? When will I get charged? The Free Trial allows you to try one of our predesigned websites and our editSuite with no obligation. Though we ask for a credit card when you sign-up, we will not charge your card until your trial has ended. You can cancel at any time during the trial. Unless you choose to cancel, at the end of your trial we will charge you for the initial three months at once. Thereafter, we will charge your credit card monthly. Annual subscribers will be charged for the first year in one initial payment. One-time buyers of a predesign option will be charged for one website plus one year of hosting in one initial payment.
