email setup: instructions

Below are setup instructions for the different types of email configurations you can choose.

IMAP Email Setup:

IMAP Settings (all devices will need to be setup as IMAP accounts, e.g. computer, laptop, iPhone.):

Account ID/Username: Your Full Email Address
Password: Corresponding Password

Incoming IMAP: imap.everyone.net
Authentication: Password (enter your email/password)
SSL: Off
Port: 143

Outgoing SMTP: smtp.everyone.net
Authentication: Password (enter your email/password)
SSL: Off
Port: 25 or 2525 (some ISP's block port 25)

POP Email Setup:

Webmail Setup:

Web Mail (web-based email like yahoo, hotmail, etc.)

Type the following address into your internet browser's address bar:
http://webmail.<insert your domain name and extension here (.com, .org, .net, etc.)>
example: http://webmail.yourdomainname.net/

User Name: Everything before the '@' in your email address we provided.
Password: The corresponding password we provided.
