Use the support form to submit your issues or requests to the liveBooks team. Please be as specific as possible and provide any available information that will help us to better serve you. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

Go live requests: This email MUST be an ALTERNATE email address where we can send email setup information during the go live process. It should NOT be associated with the domain name of your new liveBooks site. It could be an account from gmail, comcast, hotmail, yahoo, dotmac, etc.

CLOSE The Domain Registrar is the company where you purchased and registered the domain name that you intend to use for your liveBooks site. Common registrars are: godaddy.com, networksolutions.com, etc.

- Some hosting companies use 3rd party companies to register domain names for you.
- If you are unsure of your domain registrar, visit www.godaddy.com/whois for more information.

CLOSE We need the login information (username and password) for your Domain Registrar (entered above), so we can connect your Domain Name to your liveBooks site. Please login to the account yourself first, to be sure the username and password are correct.

CLOSE List any email addresses you would like to have for your liveBooks site (examples: info@mysite.com, me@mysite.com).

IMPORTANT: If your site and/or email is currently hosted with another company, be sure to backup (download to your home computer) any files and/or email messages that you want to keep BEFORE requesting to go live. Once we change your DNS / Name Servers, you may not have access to them.

If you would like to keep your email and FTP where it is:
- The go live process will be delayed because of additional settings
- Let us know if you would like liveBooks to manage your DNS or your current hosting company
