• Are there any additional set-up fees? No. Under our monthly and yearly plans everything is included. If you choose to buyout your preDesigned site you will be charged $90 a year for hosting. Of course, in the future, if you want to enhance your liveBooks website utilizing our design and integration services, just give us a call and we can give you a quote. But for now all that you see is yours. No extras, No hidden costs.
• What payment options do you offer? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and all debit cards. We have 3 payment options. Pay monthly or yearly which includes hosting, or one-time payment where we charge hosting on an annual basis.
• How fast can I start using my site? Within minutes of signing up, you will receive instructions that allow you to access your site. Then, just start uploading images and editing your content.
• Do you offer a discount for additional preDesigned websites? You can sign up for as many preDesigned websites as you need. Each site you sign up for allows for the 14 Day Free Trial. Contact us via email at support@livebooks.com for details about our multiple site offers.
• What changes can I make to my site using my editSuite? Change the site name, edit your contact page, manipulate the menu, name and rename your portfolios, change your information pages, upload your images to the library, share the library content with different portfolios, give restricted, password controlled access to parts of your site to special customers and/or prospects, create live textual links, manage your info pages, edit any included interactive homepage or slideshow, utilize the included FTP module to upload files & folders for your client, link to them via an 'info page' on your site .... • As my business grows what changes can I make to my site? The options to modify our sites are extensive. From integrating your brand to a fully customized design and everything in between. Give us a call at 1-888-458.3678, we can talk about it.
• What are the specifics of the free trial? When will I get charged? Our Free Trial allows you to try one of our preDesigned websites and our editSuite with no obligation. Your credit card is not required. At any time during your trial, you can activate your subscription in order to receive all the benefits, including going live on your own URL, and making any additions or changes to your website design.
• What is your cancellation and refund policy for subscription customers? We know that you will be pleased with your site, but be assured that you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you tell us you wish to cancel, we will stop billing for the next billing cycle.
  
  Monthly subscribers, upon cancellation, will not be charged again and will not receive a refund for any full or partial monthly subscription charges.
  
  Annual subscribers, upon cancellation, are eligible to receive a prorated refund of the most recent annual subscription charge if the subscription is canceled within a three-month period following that most recent subscription charge. The prorated refund will be determined using a rate of $39/month for any full or partial months already past in the respective annual subscription period.
• What is your cancellation and refund policy for "one-time price" buyers? We do not offer refunds for the $1,199 one-time price.
  One-time price customers are eligible to receive a prorated refund for the most recent annual hosting fee if the annual hosting subscription is canceled within a three-month period following that most recent annual hosting fee charge. The prorated refund amount will be determined using a rate of $7.50/month for any full or partial months already past in the respective annual subscription period.
