Automated Metadata Upload with ImagesEliminate redundant data entry with automated metadata upload. This feature supports import of image info from programs including Apple® Aperture™, Adobe® Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop® and Microsoft® iView. Once the data is uploaded you can edit it as much as you like through the image information panel within the editSuite.
Search Landing PageThis optional new HTML page can be used as a quick snapshot to capture search engine viewers and entice them to view the full website. The page enables you to customize content to target search engine traffic with specific keywords and almost all links on the page will drive visitor traffic to the Flash site.

Using the Search Engine tab in the liveBooks online admin tool, you can enter your site title, description and keywords in one location to ensure high rankings with search engines.
Enhanced Automatic HTML Creation
The liveBooks admin tool – the editSuite – automatically creates a searchable HTML site to ensure that the content on your site including your keywords, image names, image descriptions, etc are catalogued by search engines further enhancing your ability to rank high in search results.
Image Title and Description
Use this feature to display image details to site visitors by entering image title and description. Using automated metadata upload this can automatically be done for you at the time of upload. We recommend you follow our detailed image preparation instructions using a professional image application such as Adobe® Photoshop™, Lightroom™ or Apple® Aperture™ for optimal results.
Drag-and-Drop Portfolio Creation
Easily drag-and-drop images to create portfolios and to edit portfolios as often as you like. Also includes ability to pair vertical images within the lightBox giving you the flexibility to change your pairings on the fly.
Custom Menu Naming
Maintain control of all the menu names and pages on your site. Each menu item you create can be either a page on your site or a link to an external location. This gives you the flexibility to determine whether you want everything within this site or whether you want to use this site to pull together various services that you use such as a blog, a proofing sales site, an online archive, etc.
Uploadable Pages
Continually maintain control of the content on your site with the ability to upload your own individual pages at any time. The Unlimited and Select packages include page design for various pages by the in-house liveBooks design team (see feature list for number of pages). Any pages that we design for you will be saved as “master” pages so you always have a safety net to fall back to should you be unhappy with the changes you make.

Use the editSuite to further customize your site by controlling individual elements of your site such as the selection of colors and loading images, as well as setting image transition and menu animation effects.

Upload your music/audio files to enhance the mood of your site. Using the online editSuite you can assign different music to each page and each portfolio of your site.
Multimedia Upload
Further enhance the emotional connection visitors obtain from visiting your site by incorporating video. With Multimedia upload you can add a menu item to your site that contains videos, slideshows, PDF files, HTML galleries, etc. You control the naming of this menu item, the order of the content and the upload of all content.
Portfolio Slideshow Playback
Decide whether you want your images to automatically play back in slideshow mode to minimize the work by your visitors or to wait for people to advance on their own.
