To qualify for educational pricing you must be a currently enrolled student or educator at an accredited institution. The site must be in the name of and for the student/educator sending in the verification documents. Any sites not for the verified purchaser will be immediately suspended.
Verify Your Student Status
To verify your student status, send us both of the following documents within seven days of purchase:
- A copy of your current class transcript/schedule, AND
- A copy of your current student ID
- Be for the current term,
- Indicate your full name, AND
- Be official documents from your school that include the school name and logo
You may email your documentation (as jpg or pdf only please) to eduadmin@livebooks.com, or fax to 415-520-2299. You will have immediate access to your site while we wait for your documents. Unless you are notified by liveBooks of any problems with your documents, you may consider your site verified.
Alternate Forms of Documentation for Educators and Foreign Students
Educators- A current copy of your pay stub from your institution. (Please black out any personal data.) Indicate your full name, AND
- A current staff ID card
- Letter from your institution, on their official letterhead, verifying your employment
- A copy of your student visa and an official document from your institution indicating your current enrollment
- A letter from your institution, on their official letterhead, verifying your current enrollment
