Development Team Manager, is a founding member of liveBooks. It was Tiberiu’s technical know-how and sense of adventure that brought Michael’s vision for liveBooks v1.0 to life. Tiberiu is relentless in pushing the envelope of rich media applications for the web. Tiberiu has accomplished other impressive feats, such as creating an open source development tool for programmers called KPHPDevelop which after 4 years, and more than 50,000 downloads, is still listed as number 1 on Zend.com, as most downloaded application. Prior to liveBooks, Tiberiu was with Crier Web and Media, where he was the lead architect of one of the biggest Government information tracking applications in use by the Romanian Government.

In his spare time Tiberiu is an avid reader and enjoys pursuit of ways to increase his business acumen. Tiberiu completed his Bachelor – in computer science and robotics, and is near completion of a masters in computer science.
