The Company's Founder & Chief Creative Officer directs liveBooks' product strategy, oversees liveBooks' brand integrity and ensures that the company has a mindful corporate culture. Michael has an extensive background in photography, fine art and web development, graduating from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1997 at the height of the web boom with a BFA in New Media Studies. Moving to NYC shortly after graduation, he found himself submerged in a community of creative professionals based in NYC, who were working internationally.

“A boom economy, millennium fever, and cheap plane tickets... we were working, exhibiting, and contributing to creative projects all over the planet, often simultaneously. To maintain this level of dynamic mobility, we needed a way to keep our web-based portfolios looking very professional and up to date with our latest work.”
