Position Overview:

We are currently interviewing candidates for full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR) positions for the San Francisco office. CSRs are skilled specialists in working with web based applications, photo editing applications and email. In collaboration with the Sales, Design and Technology departments CSRs identify and resolve our customers’ needs and questions regarding their web sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle Customer Relations calls;
  • Act as a liaison between customers and LiveBooks technical staff;
  • Become an expert on the LiveBooks product functionality;
  • Become highly knowledgeable about the professional photography industry;
  • Consistently & accurately log all customer information & feedback into the Customer Relations database;
  • Correspond via letters and e-mails to customers, Sales, Design and Technology Teams and Leadership;
  • Strive to enhance all business relationships by helping teammates, and communicating effectively and efficiently;
  • Provide input and ideas to enhance all aspects of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience supporting software applications
  • Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent listener;
  • 2+ years of online call center and/or customer service background, or equivalent;
  • Ability to manage escalated customer issues with limited assistance;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bi-lingual in French. Spanish and/or Japanese a plus);
  • Patience, honesty and a positive attitude;
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and web design and development issues a major plus.
